Resident Assistant

Provide assistance with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services while maintaining resident dignity and independence. Document daily logs of assistance and inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns. Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by the supervisor and respect residents' confidentiality. Maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention and safe working practices while adhering to all policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned and attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
