Resident Assistant-Midnight Shift-Lakeshore

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report observations to leadership. Encourage resident engagement in activities, programs, and social events while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident apartments and common areas. Support residents with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping, and help new residents feel welcome during orientation. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while following individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
