Job Summary
Hospitability-minded Resident Assistant for Memory Care to provide outstanding, compassionate care and support to residents in our memory care unit. Role involves working with a diverse group of residents and coworkers, ensuring high standards of care, and contributing to a positive, engaging work environment. Position offers part-time schedules (every other weekend) with 1st and 2nd shifts available, plus optional full-time 1st shift. Salary range $18.00-$19.50/hour (plus $1/hour 2nd shift differential), with employee benefits and perk programs. CNA certification is preferred and memory care experience is preferred. Located in Naperville, IL. EEO1 employer.
