Job Summary
Provide care and services including medication administration, activities of daily living assistance, and other duties assigned in a caring, safe, and efficient manner. Assist residents with self-administration of medications, bathing, toileting, dressing, transferring, and repositioning. Obtain vital signs accurately, report health status changes, and prepare nutritious meals following orders and regulations. Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and work areas while adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control and chemical safety. Fold, hang, and distribute clean linens and personal clothing, and participate in community involvement with volunteers. Perform 12-hour varied shifts including nights and weekends with a weekly schedule of 36.75 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must meet the minimum state age requirement
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines
