Job Summary
Obtain and record vital signs, reporting deviations to the supervising nurse per Individual Service Plans. Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, nutrition, ambulation, and medication reminders. Follow daily task sheets, maintain safe environments, and encourage resident engagement in activities. Uphold HIPAA confidentiality, utilize standard infection control procedures, and attend mandatory trainings. Requires high school diploma, six months caregiving experience, and CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Competitive salary, health benefits, and 401(k) match available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents
- Completion of required medication management course
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
