Job Summary
Resident Assistant in Eau Claire, WI for Great Lakes Management. Provides hands-on care (physical and emotional) per resident service agreements; assists with ADLs, helps residents achieve independence, supports in dining and activities, administers medications per policy, and communicates changes to the case manager. Shifts include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a; hourly $17-$22 depending on experience; benefits include 401(k) match, sick time, floating holidays, and daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
- AM 6am-2pm, PM 2pm-10pm, and NOC 10pm-6am Casual
