Job Summary
Resident Assistant for Great Lakes Management in St. Cloud, MN. Provide ADL assistance, physical and emotional support, observation and reporting to the case manager, and daily documentation. Support residents to achieve independence, engage with them, and follow the resident service agreement. Works weekday/weekend casual shifts including AM, Evening, and Overnight options; pays $18-$22/hour with shift differentiators and benefits. Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred but not required; nursing assistant/CNA/RN certifications are valued but not mandatory. Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of life within a supportive healthcare team.
