Job Summary
Provide hands-on care (physical and emotional) to residents per each resident’s service agreement; communicate with residents, families, and notify the case manager of changes or concerns; assist in the dining room and participate in activities/outings; assist with ADLs as indicated on the service agreement; support residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence; administer medications as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement; observe clients and report changes in condition; engage residents with reassurance, engagement, and redirection; complete required documentation daily and maintain service schedules; role is part-time with on-call shifts at Seven Hills Senior Living in St. Paul, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
