Resident Assistant

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as outlined in individualized service agreements while providing both physical and emotional support. Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence by interacting to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection. Complete all required daily documentation, including service schedules, flow sheets, and communication books, while observing clients for changes in physical or emotional condition and reporting these to the case manager. Participate in dining room duties and activities and outings as needed.
