Resident Assistant

Provide hands-on physical and emotional care to residents as outlined in their service agreements, assisting with Activities of Daily Living and treatments delegated by the Registered Nurse. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and case managers regarding condition changes, while observing and reporting shifts in attitude, appetite, or weight. Support residents in reaching independence through dining room assistance, activity participation, and engagement. Complete daily documentation including service schedules, flow sheets, and communication books. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts available.
