Resident Assistant

Monitor residents on assigned shifts and intervene in crisis situations by reporting to the on-call counselor for emergencies. Document observations regarding client behaviors, attitudes, and interactions in the communication log while monitoring residential medications according to established procedures. Communicate pertinent resident information to clinical staff and families as assigned, answer phones, direct calls, and take messages. Participate in scheduled staff meetings and in-service activities, performing all duties according to facility policies and procedures. Full and part-time opportunities are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends, with a high school diploma and one year of correctional client experience preferred.
