Job Summary
Resident Assistant role on a Full Time PM shift in Park Rapids, MN. Provides personal care and delegated health-related services per individualized care plans, including assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, transferring), AM/HS cares, incontinence care, use of assistive devices, and medication administration as delegated by RN. Collaborates with Clinical Director/Manager, documents changes, promotes resident independence, leads activities, ensures safety, and supports staff. Requires CNA/HHA certification and HS diploma or equivalent; 17+ years old. On-site schedule includes every other weekend and rotating holidays; benefits and PERA retirement available.
Required Qualifications
- 17 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
