Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility while supporting them with meals, restorative care, and life skills. Encourage engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities, maintain clean environments through housekeeping and laundry, and prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks. Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff, welcome new residents, and perform other duties as assigned. Work full-time evenings from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including every other weekend and holidays, with a pay range of $19 to $23.65 per hour.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification
