Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility while supporting meals, restorative care, and life skills. Encourage engagement in social, recreational, and wellness activities, maintain clean resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry, and prepare, store, and serve meals and snacks. Monitor and report changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff, welcome new residents, and perform other duties as assigned to support the team. Requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification. Full-time evening shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. every other weekend and holiday with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification
