Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administer medications and ensure proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Provide individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks when time allows and communicate health status with medical personnel while maintaining accurate documentation. This full-time AM shift role supports individuals with physical and mental health challenges through a person-centered care approach, fostering independence and stability within our housing services.
