Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to residents, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Assist with ADLs, support residents in dining and activities, document daily activities, and communicate changes to the case manager. Offer reassurance, engagement, and redirection, while observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the case manager.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
- Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
- Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.
