Resident Assistant Evening Shift

Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, report changes to supervisors, and maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment. Support residents during meals through set-up, assistance, and social engagement while encouraging independence and effective communication with families and team members. Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.
