Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support daily living activities as a Resident Assistant on the part-time evening shift at Bethesda’s Minnesota skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity. Participate in a paid CNA training/certification pathway, with on-the-job learning, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care in a team-based, mission-driven, non-profit setting.
Required Qualifications
