Resident assistant

Assist residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse and certified nurses’ aides, completing assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient, safe patient/resident care. Communicate with patients, residents, families, and health team members to support quality care. The role offers a paid pathway to CNA certification through the employer, supporting tuition reimbursement and paid training, with flexible scheduling and a supportive workplace.
