Resident Assistant - Day Shift

Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident independence, social interaction, and dignity during meals. Monitor physical and emotional well-being, report changes to supervisors, and communicate effectively with families and team members. Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.
