Resident Assistant-Day Shift-Lakeshore

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while monitoring for changes in condition and reporting observations to leadership. Encourage resident engagement in activities, programs, and social events by following individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident apartments and common areas, supporting residents with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while supporting new resident orientation. Work every other weekend as part of the day shift roster at American House Senior Living Communities, where you help seniors live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
