Job Summary
Support residents with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Collaborate with nurses, providers, and an interdisciplinary care team to promote dignity, respect, and whole-person wellbeing while building trusting relationships with residents and their families in a faith-based, mission-driven setting.
