Support residents’ daily living, safety, and wellbeing in our faith-based health center. Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication reminders while fostering dignity, respect, and independence. Monitor residents’ condition, document observations, and promptly report changes to clinical staff. Work closely with nurses, behavioral health, and wellness teams to create a clean, safe, and supportive environment rooted in holistic, mission-driven care for underserved individuals and families.
