Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in a Beloit senior living community as a Resident Assistant / CNA, including ADL assistance, medication management, documentation in the electronic care plan, care coordination with nursing staff, light housekeeping, and responsive, compassionate resident-centered care; maintain safety, dignity, and professional appearance while supporting a welcoming environment for residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification (preferred)
- One year of experience in an assisted living or senior care environment preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- CBRF certified in First Aid/Choking, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions preferred
- Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
