Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility; engage residents in social activities; respond promptly to care requests; maintain safety and cleanliness; observe resident rights and report changes to licensed staff; participate in care planning and collaborate with team to deliver personalized care. CNA/Caregiver qualifications with certification program support; on-site, part-time shifts primarily on weekends; opportunities for growth within Koelsch Communities.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification program available (required in WA; Certified Caregiver in AZ) and maintaining CE/licensure per state policy
- Must be drug-free and submit to urinalysis drug screening upon hire
- Must pass criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills in Standard English; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
