Resident Assistant in a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) providing direct resident care including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal support, mobility assistance, health and safety monitoring, documentation, and communication with the care team. Promotes independence and a homelike environment while following Wisconsin CBRF regulations. Schedule options include Part-Time or Full-Time (24-32 hours/week); location: Wellington Place Meadows, Fort Atkinson, WI. Starting wage is $16.00/hour with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and more. Requires 18+, background check, caregiver background check and drug test; must have transportation to the facility.
