Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) and help them participate in meals and activities; maintain resident records daily per policy; observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition to supervisor; maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment including housekeeping and laundry routines; requires 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors, HS diploma or GED, and English communication; able to work 6:00am–2:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm or 4 on/2 off schedule; weekend and holiday availability; routine background check; Cardinal Bay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.
