Resident Assistant / Caregiver

Provide routine resident care as a Resident Assistant / Caregiver at Wellington Place at Biron, including assisting with mobility (wheelchair/walker), toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, and light cleaning; offer conversation and companionship to residents; observe residents and promptly alert staff to changes; participate in paid CNA training to become state-certified; engage in a supportive, collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and a robust benefits package. Shift options include part-time and full-time roles across multiple dayparts. Training is provided, no special certifications or licenses required.
