Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents at Stair Crest, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. Deliver person-directed, elder/resident-directed care in a close-knit team environment focused on enriching the lives of older adults. Work flexible PM or full-time shifts (2pm-10pm) with a $1.00–$1.50 shift differential, including a requirement to work two on-call shifts monthly. Join a faith-based nonprofit serving over 26,000 older adults with opportunities for growth within a supportive community.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- On-call: requirement to work 2 shifts per month
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
