Job Summary
Resident Assistant / Caregiver on the night shift providing routine resident care, observing for changes, offering conversation and companionship, assisting with mobility via wheelchair or walker, toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, and performing light cleaning and linen changes. No special certifications or licenses needed with employer-paid CNA training. Wages start at $16.00–$19.50/hour with shift differentials for certain shifts; full-time and part-time opportunities across 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00 shifts. Training and onboarding are provided, with a paid new-hire orientation and ongoing mentorship to support care for residents of a 30-bed CBRF community in Biron, WI.
