Resident Assistant (Caregiver)-Brentwood

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report observations to leadership. Encourage resident engagement in activities, programs, and social events while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in resident apartments and common areas. Follow individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and support residents with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members, including supporting new resident orientation. This role is part of a wellness team under RN or LPN supervision at American House Senior Living Communities, which has served seniors for over 40 years.
