Resident Assistant / Care Specialist Full-Time 3rd Shift

Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, positioning, transferring and mobility. Provide nursing services per each resident’s plan of care including medications, skin care, range of motion, maintenance therapy, respiratory assistance, prosthetic/orthotics, observation and wound care. Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to nursing staff. Assist with mealtime setup, service and cleanup while ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration. Encourage participation in recreational and social activities; maintain accurate care records; uphold infection control and safety procedures; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment; respond to resident calls promptly. Requires HS diploma or GED and state certification (Wisconsin – CBRF). This is a full-time, in-person role on the 3rd shift in Robins, IA with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, and professional development.
