Job Summary
Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake while performing light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety. Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition to the care team. Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns. Requires CPR certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available for direct hire, contract, or temp-to-hire roles across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehab centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Required compliance training to work in long-term care and assisted living
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients safely
- Good communication skills
- Dependable nature
- Compassionate nature
