Job Summary
Provide daily care and support to senior residents, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while monitoring residents who smoke and ensuring a safe, high-quality living environment. Build strong relationships with residents and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, professional care in accordance with policies and health regulations. Contribute to improving resident experiences and facility processes through teamwork and initiative. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least two years of caregiving experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs
