Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environments. Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining. Respond to emergency calls, resident requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner. Review and adhere to resident care plans while obtaining vital signs. This PRN role requires a minimum of one shift per pay period at Spectrum Retirement Communities, where we believe in living without limits and sharing great stories.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- All state educational requirements for the position
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Experience working with an elderly population
- A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance
