Job Summary
Support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment. Provide observation and documentation for care. Assist with onboarding of new Associates. Maintain assigned medication administration training competencies and operate lift equipment safely. Prioritize tasks independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Required Qualifications
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Have excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
