Resident Assistant - Arborview Court

Perform and document resident care services, vital sign monitoring, and medication reminders per the Plan of Care. Respond promptly to emergency calls, answer resident alarms, and report condition changes to the Director of Nursing. Facilitate weekend and evening activities, serve meals, and handle cleaning and laundry duties. Fill in for open shifts as necessary while maintaining dignity, collaboration, compassion, and transparency.
