Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities, including supervision of residents and medications during shifts, ensuring meals, cleaning, and laundry tasks are completed, and executing activities planned by the Residential Team Leader. Maintain daily documentation (logs, occurrences, medication sheets), participate in on-call rotations, and support residents through recreational activities while adhering to facility policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED or higher, a valid driver’s license with an F endorsement and clean driving record, ability to communicate in writing, CPR/First Aid certification, and non-violent crisis intervention training. Must be at least 18 years old. Work environment is typically quiet with physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or higher
- Current driver’s license with a “F” endorsement and good driving record
- Ability to read and write; ability to write brief reports on residents' behavior
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Non-violent crisis intervention training
- Must be at least 18 years old
