Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities; supervise medications during shifts per policy; assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader; execute activities planned by the Residential Team Leader, including recreational activities; complete daily logs and medication sheets; serve on an on-call basis; perform other duties as assigned. Requires CPR and First Aid, Non-violent Crisis Intervention training, a valid driver’s license with a Class F endorsement and good driving record, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and at least a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or higher
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Non-violent crisis intervention training
- Current driver’s license with a “F” endorsement and a good driving record
- Ability to be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and write and prepare brief reports on behavior of residents
