Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents in Quinco's supported living facilities while overseeing scheduled medication administration. Prepare meals, manage cleaning and laundry tasks, and lead assigned recreational activities as directed by the Residential Team Leader. Complete daily log notes, reportable occurrences, and medication sheets for your shift. Serve on an on-call basis. Requires a current driver's license with an "F" endorsement, CPR and First Aid certification, and Non-violent crisis intervention training.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current driver's license with a "F" endorsement and have a good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma, GED, or higher
- Ability to read
- Ability to write clearly and legibly
- Ability to write brief reports on the behavior of residents
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Non-violent crisis intervention training
