Resident Assistant (ALL SHIFTS)

Monitor residents on assigned shift and intervene in crisis situations by reporting to the on-call counselor. Document observations and pertinent information concerning client behaviors in the communication log while reporting and monitoring residential medications according to procedures. Communicate resident information to clinical staff and families as assigned, answer phones, direct calls, and take messages. Participate in scheduled staff meetings and in-service activities, performing all duties according to facility policies and procedures. Full and part-time shifts available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
