Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities during the 3:00–11:00 p.m. shift, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include supervising residents and all medications taken during the shift in accordance with medication supervision policies, assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry as scheduled, carrying out activities planned by the Residential Team Leader (including recreational activities), completing required documentation (daily logs, reportable occurrences, medication sheets), and serving on an on-call basis. Requirements include ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, possession of a valid driver’s license with an “F” endorsement and a good driving record, age 18+, CPR and First Aid certification, and Non-violent crisis intervention training. Educational requirement is a High School diploma, GED, or higher. The position is located at Fairway Group Home in Jackson, TN (38301).
