Resident Assistant-1

Resident Assistant/PCA provides quality care to residents and assists with activities of daily living, housekeeping, and dining-related duties. Responsibilities include responding promptly to resident calls and emergencies, assisting in planning and conducting activity programs, maintaining confidentiality, supporting move-in transitions, and communicating resident status in writing. Must be able to lift and transfer residents safely, work with nursing staff under supervision, and represent the community professionally. Requires arrival to work in designated uniform, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days), and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
