Job Summary
Provide daily living assistance to residents, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom support. Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed. Offer verbal encouragement and direct support while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Work various schedules and shifts, including weekends. Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operate over 25 locations across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, serving more than 1,400 seniors. Comprehensive training is provided for candidates with no prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Weekends required
Desired Qualifications
- Will consider experience as resident assistants (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, and certified nurse assistants (C.N.A.)
