Resident Aide

Provides resident-directed care in a home-like environment, assisting residents with activities of daily living, administering medications, updating records, light housekeeping, meal service, and life enrichment activities. Follows resident service plans, prioritizes resident autonomy and dignity, monitors residents’ condition, reports changes to the clinical team, maintains privacy and confidentiality, and engages residents in planned and unplanned activities. Ensures safety and quality of care, participates in orientation and ongoing training, and collaborates with the Resthaven team to create a supportive, mission-driven environment.
