Job Summary
Assist residents with toileting, bathing, and daily grooming while maintaining a calm, pleasant living environment. Report and document changes in medical conditions to nurses on duty, give and receive shift reports to ensure consistent care, and measure vital signs as instructed. Participate in life-enriching activities for residents. This part-time day shift role at Victorian Village in Homer Glen runs from 6:30am to 2:30pm, including every other weekend. CPR certification is required within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate and empathetic personality
- Must be CPR certified or obtain one within 3 months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior living community or long-term care
