Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service in accordance with facility policies and care plans. Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care functions as necessary. Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids. Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant. Located in Effingham, IL, this night shift position (11pm–7am) requires a 16-year-old or older individual with a high school diploma or GED and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent
- 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
- Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
