Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Assist with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care functions as necessary. Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids. Attend scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant. Complete all other duties as assigned. This role is located in Effingham, IL, with a schedule from 7am to 3pm. Required Qualifications
- 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent
- 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
- Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
