Job Summary
Provide compassionate routine daily nursing care to assigned residents per care plans and supervisor direction; participate in trainings to obtain Nursing Assistant certification; assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bathing and other care functions; prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids; perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
- Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
