Job Summary
Resident Advocates at Hubbard House support victims of domestic violence by providing assistance, crisis intervention, safety planning, and ensuring daily needs and security within the Emergency Shelter. This role requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and adaptability to diverse individuals. Responsibilities include addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and ensuring participant satisfaction. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, and being a survivor of domestic violence is considered a plus. Training is provided, and a valid driver's license with dependable transportation is required. Pay starts at $20 per hour.
